Tuesday, September 29, 2009 Columbus Telegram The city’s largest employer has announced both Becton-Dickinson (BD) campuses will soon be tobacco-free. The medical device manufacturer has not established a date when the new policy would be implemented, but the change is anticipated to occur “in the near future.” BD will join Columbus Community Hospital in prohibiting tobacco use on the premises. The hospital campus went smoke free last November in conjunction with the American Cancer Society’s “Great American Smoke-Out.” http://www.columbustelegram.com/articles/2009/09/30/news/local/doc4ac206c81780f334340156.txt?orss=1
